Sigur Ros played a special concert at New York’s Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) in June to celebrate Icelandic Independence Day (Tuesday 17th June 2008). You can now watch this performance over at Current TV (or embedded below):

    Just watched the programe on Current. What a different sound to the norm. Inventive , eclectic, use of different timbre and sounds. Great i want to know more about this music.

    Will watch this concert again and again as my first intro to Sigur Ros.
